Delivery

How much is delivery?
Free, to any UK address, with no minimum order.

How long will my order take?
3–6 business days in total: 1–2 business days handling plus 2–4 business days in transit.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at present. We ship within the United Kingdom only.

Will a bed arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Larger kits ship flat-packed across several parcels, which can arrive on different days.

Returns

How long do I have to return something?
14 days from delivery, on top of your statutory cancellation rights.

Who pays return postage?
We do. A prepaid return label is in the box.

Is there a restocking fee?
No.

How quickly are refunds processed?
Within 5 business days of the return being approved, to your original payment method.

The beds

What are the beds made from?
Aluzinc-coated steel sheet with rolled or rubber safety edging on exposed rims. Panel thickness and finish are listed on each product page.

Do I need tools to assemble one?
Modular kits bolt together with the fixings supplied. Assembly details are on each product page.

Will a metal bed overheat the soil?
Soil temperature in a raised bed is driven mainly by depth and volume, not by the panel material. Deeper beds hold a steadier temperature. If you are gardening on an exposed, south-facing site, a taller bed gives roots more insulated volume.

Can I change a bed's shape later?
The modular kits are designed to be reconfigured — the same panels make several footprints. Extension kits raise an existing bed's height.

How much soil will I need?
Each product page lists the soil capacity the manufacturer publishes, in litres and cubic feet. Soil-saving floors reduce the volume needed in taller beds.

Orders and payment

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price shown includes UK VAT where applicable.

Can I change my order?
Within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Email us with your order number.
